This PR adds Skyra & Modmail to recommended bots which can be useful for one organizing a successful event.

Skyra

Skyra is a multi-purpose Discord Bot designed to run the majority of tasks with a great performance and constant 24/7 uptime. It includes most of the things like reaction roles, moderation (includes auto-moderation), music(in case one needs to play an audio file in their event), tools, etc.

Modmail

Modmail is similar to Reddit's Modmail, both in functionality and purpose. It serves as a shared inbox for server staff to communicate with their users in a seamless way. This bot is free for everyone and always will be. It's easy to set up and it is really helpful for one who is looking for a good support system.
