Add community assessment for aston-css #4

Thought about it purely in the context of Aston. Might make some changes to add a bit more about how we fit in to the wider community in Brum. Let's see what @PandelisZ thinks.

@PandelisZ It's really interesting how similar a lot of the numbers are turning out in the UK groups

Linked the other wonderful new committee members to come and have a say about what they think (thanks @mattburman for bringing Danny along giving me the idea, makes a lot of sense really!).
