Test 2 week demand lag #26

Test if 2-week demand lag improves forecasting results. Could be useful with #25 now being an issue.

Might also want to test something like average demand last week as a variable.

Did a quick test for both 2 week and 3 week demand lags, but no improvement.

Did a rough test with previous week's average demand included as a predictor. Didn't improve results.
