Add Node.js Connector SDK #11

This is fantastic, @jwulf 👍 🥇 One question out of curiosity since I haven't seen this in the docs over at the project: can I also already run the Connectors written with that SDK?

Not yet. I'm about to implement the Node.js Job Worker Connector Runtime.
