Rename to kotlin-coworker #13

As @berndruecker mentioned here: https://github.com/camunda-community-hub/infrastructure/pull/49#issuecomment-1359621972 the name coworker is too unspecified. Let's rename to the kotlin-coworker. We should fix:

  1. Maven packages
  2. (?) Kotlin packages
  3. Docs
