Log version number of Camunda

Let's log out the version number of Micronaut and Camunda on start up

• Micronaut: https://docs.micronaut.io/latest/api/io/micronaut/core/version/VersionUtils.html
• Camunda: https://github.com/camunda/camunda-bpm-platform/blob/master/spring-boot-starter/starter/src/main/java/org/camunda/bpm/spring/boot/starter/util/CamundaBpmVersion.java (Let's create a simple class CamundaBpmVersion which only has the field "version" for now and provide it as a bean)

Note: this should be the version actually being used - not the ones which the integration uses by default.

• Open project and configure annotation processors: https://github.com/NovatecConsulting/micronaut-camunda-bpm/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#developer-guide
• Add a log statement to info.novatec.micronaut.camunda.bpm.featureProcessEngineFactory::processEngine , see method deployProcessModels in the same class for an example.
• Start example application in IDEA: info.novatec.micronaut.camunda.bpm.example.Application
• See that log statement appears
• Now add parameters to the log statement and log out the Micronaut and Camunda Versions with the methods mentioned above.
• Start application again and repeat until it looks good

Note: this might because obsolete with https://github.com/micronaut-projects/micronaut-core/pull/4611/files - but we still need the part with the Camunda Version.
