Docker compose / testing instructions in main `README` are outdated

Issue tracker is ONLY used for reporting bugs. New features and questions should be discussed on our slack channel.

Docker-compose configurations for Zeebe are available at zeebe-docker-compose.

This leads to no where, same for the links in the testing secion.

Expected Behavior

Links lead somewhere so I can learn how to setup zeebe-node for local testing.

Current Behavior

Links are dead.
