User Story

As a system administrator I can integrate an open source monitoring system (grafana, prometheus) into Webapps in order to see the engine performance (jobs,instances,acquisition attempt,etc).

Enable users to monitor the engine performance and usage with state-of-the-art tools like Prometheus.
