Visual Testing tool implementation - phase 1

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation)

As a first phase of this implementation want to install this new package, add one test to each of the webapps and see how reliable the results of the tests are.

If its found that the results are consistent and bring value later we will implement the changes to cover all webapps pages.
