Display annual usage in Admin/Metrics

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation)

• Display a table for the Annual usage
  • Display contract years that have data available.
  • Last year should be the current one.
  • Display all 5 metrics.
• Action buttons
  • Copy to clipboard.
  • Add copy to current year too.
  • Copy format.
  • Format includes date range, metrics names and value
  • Format includes diagnostics data without the commands and metrics objects.
    • /api/engine/engine/default/telemetry/data
    • Copy in a parseable format, like JSON. Show it to PM during implementation.
