Ease search for process definitions in cockpit #4036

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation)

Current behavior: If you type and click return it results in a "Name" "=" search, which requests the user to exactly type the process name.

Suggested behavior: If you type and click return it results in a "Name" "like" and we would search "NONE-Case-sensetive". This allows the user to easily fuzzy search on the process name.
