Acceptance Criteria

Fix: info message is not shown in batch operations page if query is not empty

Expected info message:

    You have selected a total of 12 instances.
    Select all instances matching this filter.

Hints

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to any batch operation page with over 12 instances.
Select all displayed instances and observe the info message.
Apply a query that still results in more instances than can fit on one page.
Select all instances on the page again and note the absence of the info message.
