External Task Client JS

[optional] Release an alpha version with https://github.com/camunda/camunda-bpm-platform/issues/3315
[optional] In /examples, adjust package.json to the alpha version
Try out all the examples with the RC
Verify that newly added configuration options are reflected in the GitHub Docs

In examples, adjust pom.xml to the newest version or latest snapshot
Try out all the examples with the RC
