Remove Protractor E2E tests from codebase/CI. #4468

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation)

With the migration of protractor e2e tests to testcafe completed, we can now start removing the code of these tests from our codebase.

This ticket will serve as the main ticket to related all subtasks that are needed to accomplish this.
