Migrate XLTS.dev to herodevs for extended support Platform versions #4784

Acceptance Criteria (Required on creation)

XLTS.dev libraries are no longer used, Hero Devs XLTS libraries are used instead.

Hints

Maintanance version that still use XLTS.dev are the same that use Credentials.XLTS_REGISTRY_AUTH_TOKEN in the seed release jobs: https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Acamunda%2Fjenkins-job-dsl-seed-jobs+XLTS_REGISTRY+XLTS_AUTH_TOKEN&type=code
