Custom UI for landing pages #1212

For these pages:

Self-Managed
Guides
Components, including an interactive architecture diagram

Needs design work (from someone?)

Ideally, this would include a custom landing page framework, so any pages in the future could be designated as custom landing pages.

This would be an epic.

I added this to the "Growth" horizon since it would potentially unlock a new way to interact with our documentation and open up opportunities outside of largely text-based experiences.
