List of Zeebe dependencies is outdated

The list of external dependencies of Zeebe is outdated.

We should update them manually or better, find a solution to automatically do this, for example by querying https://github.com/camunda/zeebe/network/dependencies

- [x] Update the dependencies of 8.0/8.1 and the upcoming 8.2 release manually
- [ ] automate the dependency update for future releases

@oleschoenburg, any chance this will be updated for the 8.2 minor? Can you add this to the relevant Zeebe team/project board?
