Frontend Developer Guides - Tracking Issue

While there are many options how to run/build task applications and other frontends on top of Camunda (incl. OOTB Tasklist), there is no page or area in the docs that outlines these.

We could learn from https://documentation.flowable.com/latest/develop/fe-introduction#custom-frontend-layer and introduce such an area, or a single page first, that is oriented to frontend developers.
