Evaluate references of app switcher #3012

Evaluate naming of app switcher -- both if this should be component switcher, or named a "X switcher" at all given its awkwardness. Adjust across docs/UI as appropriate. https://github.com/camunda/camunda-optimize/pull/9558#discussion_r1417866453

@theburi @ultraschuppi I'm evaluating this issue for action items -- we don't have any docs references of "App Switcher", but it is used across the UI.

This may be directly impacted by https://github.com/camunda/product-hub/issues/1967, where we are discussing the use of "Component" when referring to Optimize, Tasklist, Modeler, etc. -- do we have a Slack thread or another issue outlining the original naming intentions behind "App Switcher"? Did we consider any alternative naming? I'm curious if we don't want to have another look at "App Switcher" for naming preferences.

I am not aware of the discussion around App Switcher. Its probably a organic naming
