Backport data retention info for Tasklist #3219

@akeller we included the data retention page recently despite data retention is something that is supported since the start of Tasklist, so you are right, we should backport it. I will raise another PR to add it to previous versions.

Also, if you mention how far back we need to backport, DevEx can take care of this, and you can be a reviewer. Whatever works best for you.
