Clarify DRD docs - id vs. name #3260

In the DRD docs, we received feedback that a section might be misleading.

@christinaausley I assigned this to you with the scope of just changing the docs. You may also want to add something additional about the auto-complete behavior mentioned in the thread.

I could also see this being something you want a separate issue for so you can sync with the Modeler teams on what fields have auto-complete outside the scope of DRD. In that case, you may want to use Modeler yourself to discover what fields use auto-complete and then confirm with the teams that the list is correct.

@christinaausley if this isn't a quick win, can you bring this to the tech writer sync tomorrow? There might be other areas in the docs where we need to be clear about id vs. name, but I could also see opening a new issue for that.
