Are the Desktop Modeler operating system requirements up-to-date?
- Are they minimum requirements or something else?
The application version matrix and the form-js version matrix are missing versions of Desktop Modeler and Web Modeler. Is this intentional?

The Camunda versions supported in Desktop Modeler are updated via https://github.com/camunda/camunda-docs/pull/3351

For the OS part, I haven't found any place where we'd drop support, so this needs to be discussed within the team yet.
