As a user, when I install or configure a component, I should have a similarly formatted experience finding any necessary requirements, environment variables or files, etc. Titles and headers for pages that accomplish the same tasks should be consistent, and folder structures should be mirror when possible.
This should clean up the actual information architecture of the Components section (see #3976 for specific configuration-related tasks).
Many of the self managed Component sections are similar in scope, but use different/varied language to describe the same requirements or steps.
