Update uses of "web application" throughout the docs #4156

We should no longer describe any components as a "Web application," but as a component. Any usages of "web application" should be updated to reflect this, or to better describe their intention.

@conceptualshark do you have more internal info on this? Either a Confluence page or somewhere on Slack? We've gone back and forth on this for years it seems.

@akeller I added the internal resources @theburi provided me. The results of the internal decision doc haven't been added yet to the taxonomy sheet.
