Update "Get started with human task orchestration" guide with Play #4183

This work was moved out of https://github.com/camunda/camunda-docs/pull/4144 as it was a blocker.

(Delay until the 8.6 release. That should coincide with the re-release of Play where it becomes part of the core onboarding experience).

Overview

We will need to update the Getting Started docs to include the work done for the development lifecycle, as per:

Is the expectation to release with the alpha? If so, please add the alpha5 label.

@HanselIdes FYI: I'm going to try and make these doc changes next week so it's in the 8.6 release, but might need some guidance as to exactly how the Getting Started journey should be changed.
