Add clarity to Backup and restore Zeebe data #4313

Feedback from Slack suggests that we can improve the docs as follows:

Visitors to the Backup and restore Zeebe data page do not necessarily know about the important steps 7-10 on the Backup and restore page.

Original request/suggestion: Does it make sense to put these steps also in Backup and restore Zeebe data so customers will be reminded to perform these steps and not make the same mistake as I did?
