Show DecisionID for editing in the decision table

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If you want to reference your decision table in a business rule task, you have to edit the decision ID to a well known name.

To do this, I have to

• leave the decision table
• edit the DRD
• select the decision table in the DRD
• go to the property panel
• Edit the ID

For beginners, there is a lot that may fail:

• they didn't find the ID
• they change the ID of the Decision and not the one of the table. Both are labled with Id

Describe the solution you'd like

Show the decision ID in the header of the table and allow to edit it.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Editing could be done either with an extra click in a popup menu or directly in the field in the decision table.

Additional context

This missing feature is limiting the reuse of decisions in processes a lot.
