Add global link styles to ensure they have a unified look and meet accessibility standards. Test with npm start,

This will indeed also close https://github.com/camunda/camunda-modeler/issues/4245 and apply to the bottom panel:

As our SVGs icons use currentColor for styling, they inherit the text color set by the global styling
