As a user I keep plugins / element templates stored in installation directory upon re-installation

Steps to Reproduce

• Install Camunda Modeler (Windows) using installer
• Create Element Templates / Plugins
• Re-Install Camunda Modeler to same location
• Plugins / Element Templates are gone

Expected Behavior

• [ ] Additional Resources (Plugins, Element Templates) are kept on re-install

It is best to fix this issue in electron builder. If the maintainer accepts my proposal I'll work on a contribution.
