Rename camunda/zeebe repo #66

The repository camunda/zeebe will be rename to camunda/camunda, this commit adjusts all references to this repository.

related to https://github.com/camunda/zeebe/issues/18206

I will not merge this change - as the go modules are still working with the old name https://camunda.slack.com/archives/C06HTSPD5AP/p1716471438138649 and the other redirects as well
