chore(renovate): monoupdate #56

This PR address the issue with renovate not using a single group (regression introduced in https://github.com/camunda/camunda-tf-eks-module/commit/9c25b99c0e65b6993d5f620685e091a139e4de3e) for grouping the updates, resulting in multiple EKS cluster creations

It also removes markdown link checker by lychee action.
