Wrong number of migrated process instances

Describe the bug

When I select all instances from a specific version to migrate and then unselect some of them, all instances are migrated.

• Different number of instances selected vs migrated
• Not consistent number of instances in the summary screen

Expected behavior

• Only process instances that I have selected for migration are migrated to target process.
