The External Task Client connects via HTTP to the engine to fetch tasks

Problem

There are several parameters (e.g. Socket time out) for an HTTP connection that can not be configured

User Stories 🧑‍🚀

As a developer, I want to be able to configure the HTTP Client of the External Work to be able to adjust it to my specific needs.
