When users (task agents) have to set up a task filter every time again when they look for a specific task result set, they waste significant time and resources that renders task work slow and unproductive.
Managers want to provide a filtered set of tasks to their teams, to increase focus and productivity of their teams.
However, in many work environments, only the manager should be allowed to set up filters, and individual users are not allowed to create filters for other users.
There are currently no authorizations for filters to restrict this to managers.

As a manager, I can create named filters, and provide them to my team.
Only I can edit or delete these filters again.
I can define if my team members can share their own filters, or if only myself (and other managers of my teams) can do that.
In the future, filters should be shippeable together with a Workplace application. The Workplace app dashboards and lists should be based on filters, which requires upfront filter creation in Modeler.
