Easily understand the history of any work item to drive better decisions.
User Problem
When managers and task agents don't understand what already happened to a task or process, they likely make uneducated decisions on the work item.
Examples:
When a task was returned back from a task agent, this info is important for the manager to understand why, to not assign it back to the same person, and to help fix the root cause why the task can't be worked on.
When a task was started, but not worked on for days, this can be a signal that the user forgot about this task, and need to be remembered.
When a task was assigned from one agent to another, it's relevant for the assigned agent to understand who worked on it before, to clarify some of the inputs already taken.

Task users and managers can now find a history of task events in a separate tab in the task detail view.
User Stories
As a task user, when working or reviewing a task, I can see a history of all events that happened on a task.
This history is available for tasks in all states (running and completed (historic) tasks).
Implementation
To be clarified
Should we also have a public API endpoint to retrieve the history from Tasklist, e.g. tasks/:key/history ?
