Faster approval of C8 SaaS for customers running on Azure paired with faster process execution.

User Problem

I can only deploy clusters on GCP, not on Azure.

Compliance and Approval: Having no deployment option for Azure on C8 SaaS make it harder for me to get C8 SaaS approved internally in situations where I already have approved usage of Azure.
Latency: Having workers \/ connectors in my Azure, but C8 Automation Clusters on GCP can make latency worse.
Private Link w\/ Azure: Having workers \/ connetors in my Azure, I need to go through public internet to connect with C8 Automation Clusters. If there were clusters deployed on Azure, we could consider offering Private Link w\/ Azures.

I can choose deploy Automation Clusters on different regions on Azure.

In the first iteration consider one region per US, EU, Asia.
