Deletion of ProcessDefinition via the Zeebe API is not exported to Operate

Describe the bug

When deleting a process definition via the Zeebe-API in 8.4.0 the deletion succeeds, however, the process definition is still visible in Operate.

Expected behavior

The process definition version is not available in Operate anymore.
