With the introduction of Execution Listeners, customers can now react to process execution with listener jobs. For operators, it might not be clear what happened during process execution and where additional variables are coming from. Also, when the activity has an incident, it might not be clear what the issue is about - the activity or the listener.
If there is an incident for an execution listener, I cannot use the same process operations to resolve it as for standard job incidents.

Users can now easily check details of active and completed execution listeners for process activities and process instances. Operations engineers can efficiently resolve execution listener incidents. This enhancement streamlines operations and ensures smoother handling of incidents, ultimately improving time to unblock process execution.
