Customers need a way to provide process applications to their users to let them initiate processes via start forms.
Defining a start form is possible in the Web Modeler. But the Desktop Modeler doesn't support it.
User Stories
As a process developer on the Desktop Modeler, I can add a form to the start event in the properties panel.
As a process developer, I can import a BPMN diagram with a start form from the Web Modeler to the Desktop Modeler.
As a task user, when starting a process from Tasklist that contains such a form, I can fill + submit the form to initiate the process.
