Non existing date for timer event is never triggered

Describe the bug

When specifying a timer date (via variable) to a nonexisting date "2024-04-31T10:00:00Z" it happens that the timer catch event is never triggered.

To Reproduce

Specify a date which doesn't exist.

Expected behavior

Either we create an incident, that clearly marks that the date is invalid or it simply triggers the day after 🤷🏼

ZPA triage:

• we should investigate whether this can be produced from both static as well as feel expression
• fixing the bug could be achieved by creating an incident
• we should discuss with product whether we want to auto-infer correct date from wrong date, then we can build this separately (reasoning is that this could be more in line with friendliness of other FEEL-expressions)
