Description

Remove the intermediate terms & condition modal when having a non production license. Instead, it links now to the legal center showing the non-production terms & conditions.

Hi @pedesen & @vsgoulart, this PR updates the "terms & conditions" by linking to the legal center. However, I applied the required changes to Operate and Tasklist in a single PR (but still split into two commits). I hope that's okay with you for doing the review in this single PR. If not, I can separate the PR into two.
