Currently departments score their own health of their technology stacks, which leads to inconsistencies in how the entire GC application health portfolio is assessed. We want to develop a standard scoring that is used enterprise wide.
Once provided with an extract of the technologies that are used in APM to score the technical health of an application by the GC IT LifeCycle Management team in TBS OCIO, score all things provided on a scale from 0 through 5 based upon their level of currency. (combination of age, market support options, security and robustness)
This score sheet will need to be refreshed every quarter and updated in APM going forward to ensure that scores reflect the market reality.
