Work with PSPC and SSC to ensure that the appropriate procurement policies include open source software.

Given what I understand about how RFPs are developed in government, this is going to have to come with an educational effort.I don't think there is a centrally maintained template of RFPs that people reference. Hopefully I am wrong about this.
