Describe the bug The first paragraph of the section 8. Good service relies on good measurements has a coding typo

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://blog.canada.ca/2019/12/20/top-ten-lessons
  2. Scroll down to '8. Good service relies on good measurements'
  3. See error. An incomplete <p> tag

Expected behavior No html tag should be visible
