Document transactional header and footer from CDTS - Documenter l'en-tête et le pied de page transactionnels #24

So we talk about removing specific elements of the global header in transactional situations:

But we don't show what it might look like.

Meanwhile CDTS built a working example where the search and the global menu have been removed from the header, and the footer has also been modified:

Many apps (esp. in ESDC) are using this - We should integrate into the D.S. somehow.
