Need advice and support on piloting the use of a Canadian Payment Gateway. Also need advice and assistance from internal departmental Accounts Payable and Finance teams on possibility of adjusting process to be more lean (e.g. if not 'pay on pull', perhaps reducing time to process invoices from 30 to 10 days)

Keep things simple and let vendors chose the payment professor that works for them!

Fully in support of letting the vendors choose the payment processor that works for them! If they were to choose a Canadian payment gateway and processor, is there anything that would prevent us from doing that? Can we follow 18F's lead and 'pay on pull' (without an invoice)?

I think we could keep it as simple as just needing the vendor to send us a link where we can enter our credit card information. No need for us to worry about what gateway or processor.

I know that isn't you're intention, but that seems like a fraud issue waiting to happen
