The title of a Web page not identifying the contents #208

OK, bit more details that explains what they mean:

On the home page, the title (H1) is "Calling all coders!". The that h1 element should represent the content of page, which is the Micro-Acquisition Pilot.

We used the h1/title element to bring people's attention to it.

Would thus need to have the title be Micro-Acquisition Pilot, then use CSS to bring people's attention to the Calling all Coders!
