In #208, the evaluator raised that the title of the page (h1 element) is not representative of the page's content. The home page is indeed containing information from around the whole pilot.

Proposed fix: introduce a new div with the page title being Micro-acquisition Pilot (EN/FR) above the grayed out band calling all coders:
