index pages aren't working #256

getting a 404 error on: https://micro-acquisition.alpha.canada.ca/en/index.html

Also the main page english and french buttons seem to be putting an extra / in the URL (which also leads to a 404 error) https://micro-acquisition.alpha.canada.ca/

Resolved this issue by reverting a merge from this morning.
