Very detailed explanation for a supplier ! Great work! I would only add in a section "Looking for more information" in "If you have a question about an open opportunity, please send it to us as fast as possible. Answers to these questions are posted on the website for everyone (add link to FAQ)??

Good point @ElminaIusifova. Only thing is that answers related to a specific opportunity are not on the FAQ page, and are instead added to the opportunity page itself. Would it be better/more clear to change the last sentence as follows: "Answers to these questions are posted on the website for everyone" to "Answers to these questions are posted for everyone on the page for that opportunity"?
